FAMILY HISTORY FILES: We can use your genealogical files that you have already created in Family Tree Maker, Generations, Ultimate Family Tree, PAF, Generations, and other Genealogy computer software programs. We will also use a Microsoft Word doc. or copies can be mailed to us in written  or typed format.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Digital or electronic art is preferred in as high resolution (600 dpi) PC format or sent via e-mail in JPEG, TIF. EPS, BMP format as possible. Camera-ready black and white art must be supplied if engraving includes a family crest. We can also work with original COPIES of photographs ONLY and will return them with the "Family Tree Display" upon shipment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: All orders will be acknowledged by fax or e-mail. Please review and respond immediately if there are any changes. Orders will be on hold until we receive your response. We will provide an engraving proof via email in PDF format for review, once approved, you, will be responsible for accuracy of spelling and artwork.

PRODUCTION TIME: Most orders will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days of approved art or approved pre-production proof.

RUSH ORDER: Orders requiring quicker than published lead times may be feasible. Factory authorization is required on all rush orders and a 20% surcharge may apply to set-up and product price.

CLAIMS:All orders are shipped FOB factory. You must make claims for any damage with carrier. Claims must be made within 15 days. We will always work with you to make certain that any claim is resolved in the fastest and easiest manner possible. All "Family Tree Displays" are shipped fully insured.
